The Oxfordshire Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) brings together local employers, education providers, and community partners to make sure people in Berkshire develop the skills businesses really need, both now and in the future. Led by the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce, the LSIP identifies key growth sectors, highlights local skills gaps, and helps shape training and education to meet real-world demand. By aligning learning with opportunity, the Berkshire LSIP supports a stronger, more resilient economy where employers can find the right talent and residents can access rewarding careers close to home.
